Refund Policy for Events, Classes, and Promotional Merchandise

General Refund Policy

At Colorado Chamber Music Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality events, classes, and merchandise. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Here are the details of our refund policy:

Events and Classes

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund for events and classes, you must submit your refund request within 45 days of the event or class date.

Refund Process:

  • If you need to cancel your registration for an event or class, please contact our customer service team via email at info@instituteofmusic.org or through our contact form on the website.
  • Include your order number, the name of the event or class, and the reason for your cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving your request.

Refund Amount:

  • If the event or class is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your registration within the 45-day window, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Promotional Merchandise

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund for promotional merchandise, you must submit your refund request within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

Refund Process:

  • If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please contact our customer service team via email at info@instituteofmusic.org or through our contact form on the website.
  • Include your order number, a description of the merchandise, and the reason for your return.
  • You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be included with the returned merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund Amount:

  • If the merchandise is defective or not as described, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
  • If you are returning merchandise due to a change of mind, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs.

Additional Terms

Non-Transferable Registrations: Registrations for events and classes are non-transferable.  If you cannot attend, you must request a refund within the specified timeframe.
Late Requests: Refund requests received after the specified deadlines (45 days for events and classes, 30 days for merchandise) will not be processed.
Processing Fees: Any processing fees associated with the original transaction may be deducted from the refund amount.
